An awareness campaign was conducted by Mr. Rajeev Ranjan, City manager, Hazaribag Municipal Corporation to sensitize the proper segregation of waste at source. The main purpose of this program is to reinforce the correct waste segregation practices among the different section of society and improve the quality of waste collected and its processing. He demonstrated his awareness programme by showing two different colored (green & blue) dustbins for different waste and the reason and benefit of segregations.
