The  Swantrata Ka Amrit Mahotsav -cum- Vigyan Bharti Sthapana Diwas Samaroh organized by Vigyan Bharti Jharkhand in collaboration with DAV Public School Hazaribag  was jointly inaugurated by the Chief Guest Dr. Mukul Narayan Deo Vice - Chancellor, VBU Hazaribag, Dr.Tej Bahadur Singh Secretary,  Vigyan Bharti Jharkhand,  SreePrasad ji Organising Secretary Vigyan Bharti Jharkhand & W.B, Shri J.K.Pandey  State Coordinator Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan, and Shri Ashok Kumar Principal DAV Public School Hazaribag on 30.10.2021.

The Principal of the school Shri Ashok Kumar welcomed all and said that it is really a great occasion for the school family for hosting such a proogramme in the interest of students who will have the opportunity to improve their scientific temperaments and potential.

The Chief Guest Dr . Mukul Narayan Deo  appreciated the programme and said that Science is completely based on attitude of finding the answer what it is ,why it is and how.It makes us inquisitive,  innovative creative and interested to think and act  always in a novel way. Encouraging the students he suggested them to pursue the course of their interest so that they might perform very well. Simultaneously,  he appealed them to take their health also as good health can only help them to achieve the goal of life.

Dr.Tej Bahadur Singh introducing the subject said that scientific approach & attitude can only help us to get the fact of any matter. Dr.J.K.Pandey the  State Coordinator emphasized over the aims and objectives of the function. Shri Prasad ji the organising Secretary talked about Vigyan Bharti in detail. Thereafter,  Jayant Shastrabudhe the Rastriya Sangathan Mantri  instructed the students with certain tips how to be benifitted with the programme.  The students namely Asmita Priyam and Gunja  with Ananya Mukhopadhyay  anchored the whole programme and the vote of thanks was proposed by Manoj Kumar Khandelwal the Coordinator of the school. In order to entertain the audience, some cultural items were also presented followed by a Hindi Skit on the life of Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam .

On this grand occasion,  the most talented star performers in NTSE and the teachers namely Baldeo Pandey and Bhasha Mishra were felicitated. The programme was concluded with Shanti Path.

Today a mock test was conducted for the preparation of prestigious VVM examination 2021-22.

The students of class IX,X and XI participated in it enthusiastically and performed brilliantly.

The students who were felicitated for their exuberant performance in NTSE and VVM Level test held at School are Purshottam Kumar  XG,Sudip Kumar XG,Raj Laxmi XG,Suryam Singh XI,Dikshita Singh IXG,Abhishek Mehta  XA,Kumar SwayamXA,Purushottam KumaXG,Rahul PatelXH

and Rishi  Kumar XA. Our Alumna Durgamani was also felicitated on the occasion for snatching 1st rank in graduation in Dept. Of Botany, St. Columba's College, Hazaribag.
