Dikshita Singh, a class 12 student of local DAV Public School Canary, Senior Wing Hazaribagh and Shubham Kumar, currently a BA LLB student at NLU Bhubaneswar, were felicitated by Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren at Project Bhawan, Ranchi for their excellent results in class 10th and 12th CBSE respectively. Dikshita Singh had the distinction of becoming the state topper by securing 99.4 percent marks in the 2023 CBSE 10th examination. At the same time, Shubham had the distinction of becoming the district topper in Arts stream by securing 98.2 percent marks in the 2023 CBSE 12th examination. The in-charge Principal of the school, Mrs. Kavita Pandey said that Shubham scored 100 out of 100 marks in History and Geography subjects. This result has been possible only due to the collective efforts of all the teachers, their dedication and commitment. For this, I congratulate all the teachers along with the children. In fact, it is a moment of great joy for the entire school family that the merit of the DAV children has been recognized by the state government by honoring them. Further, Mrs. Pandey said that after she took charge of the school as the Principal-in-Charge in 2023, this was the first batch of class 10th and 12th under her leadership and the examination result of this very first batch was so brilliant that our student Dikshita became the state topper in class 10th and student Shubham Kumar became the district topper in class 12th and brought laurels to the school. It is known that even before becoming the Principal-in-Charge, Mrs. Kavita Pandey has given very excellent examination results while continuously carrying out the responsibility of the academic in-charge of the school. There is an atmosphere of joy in DAV Senior Wing Hazaribagh on this achievement. For this, officials associated with DAV and dignitaries of the city have congratulated Mrs. Kavita Pandey.
