The grand finale of the two day long the knowledge festival was concluded with felicitation of performers by giving them trophies and the certificates.
The Chief Guest Shri R.K.Singh, General Manager,NTPC,North Karnpura,Hazaribag inaugurated the grand show by lighting the inaugural lamp.In his address,he said that the conduct of this mega show would undoubtedly play a significant role in widening the horizon of knowledge.He also expressed his gratefulness to the school for offering an opportunity to be a part of this grand show.
Shri Ranjan Jain the distinguished guest for the inaugural ceremony addressed the audience saying that the way the Quizmaste Mr.Parnab Mukharjee conducts the quiz generally without any paper in a very congenial environment is worth to be appreciated.He gave his good his wishes to the participants and suggested them for avtive and willing participation.

Since the host school cannot have the overall Championship Trophy of this JIGYASA Festival, so the same was given to the next nearest school ie DAV Ara Kuju.
The Chief Guest Shri Surendra Singh Meena, Commissioner North Chotanagpur Hazaribag for concluding ceremony said that participation matters as it is itself an opportunity to learn. He congratulated the winning teams but also consoled the others saying that they must maintain the spirit of participation. The spirit of participation would help them to learn a lot in near future. He also praised the principal for conducting such a unique literary show in the town.
The Principal, Shri Ashok Kumar welcomed the Chief Guest, the Distinguished Guest,the dignitaries present, parents and students present on the occasion and said that it was indeed a great occasion for the school.
On this occasion besides more than parents and guardians, the dignitaries included Shri Ranjan Kumar Jain, Dr. T. P. Pati (Manager DAV Hazaribag), Shri Pratap Jain, Shri Arvind Pratap Singh (Member LMC DAV Hazaribag),Shri Yamuna Yadav, Shri Arjun Yadav.
The whole programme was anchored by the students like Kritika, Ananya, Akanksha Raj, Mrinalini & Ankita under the guidance of the event co -ordinator Mr. Krishna Kumar Singh. The program concluded with Shanti Path.
