our student Shamiparna Chatterjee bagged the Best Speaker (Extempore) Trophy in the prestigious National Level Event SunBeam Suncity Ideation Conclave 2020 held on 20th and 21st December,2020 organised by Sunbeam Suncity School,Varanasi in which more than 750 students from renowned school of 7 Indian states and two International Schools participated. It is note-worthy that Shamiparna has won the best Speaker Award at four National Level Competitions in last few months. She got the topic ‘Looking back at 2020 social media’ which she presented marvelously and won the prize. Earlier she has also won the Best speaker Awards in Singapore International School’s Confluence 2020 and Jim Corbett-Govind Ballabh Pant Young Ideator’s Conclave organised by Birla Vidya Mandir,Nainital. She also performed brilliantly in SRDAV Model United Nations and won the Verbal Mention Award.
Not only in Debate but our school also stood first in the Visual Art Installation & Creative Writing Competition held in the SunBeam Suncity Ideation Conclave 2020.The participants for the event were Prarthi Singh of X & Archie of XII. The theme for Visual Art Installation was based on Noble Laureate Bob Dylans song “Murder most foul”.
This is the 5th National Event in this year in which our students stood victorious and have touched new heights. It is due to the sincere efforts made by our students and the teachers who have guided them in the best possible way.
