The students of our school have again brought laurels in the prestigious CBSE Heritage lndia Quiz 2O22.The quiz team of our school comprising Shreeman Hardik,Soni Kumari and Shubham Kumar was successful in grabbing the 2nd runners up position in the recently held CBSE Heritage Quiz Zonal Level round held in Loyala Convent school in Patna on 10.12.2022.Earlier our team won the Regional round organised at Ranchi and qualified for the Zonal Round (Bihar & Jharkhand). ln the Zonal Round our team was among those 6 schools which were able pave their way or the final stage round. This is to be noted that ours was the only DAV School in Jharkhand and Bihar which was successful to qualify for the Stage Round. ln the stage round our school got the 2nd Runners Up position and missed the 2nd position by a small margin of 10 marks only.
ln this regard I wish to bring to your notice that our school has a long bright history of winning numerous State Level & National Level Quiz Competitions. Our school quiz team was successful in qualifying for the Zonal round of CBSE Heritage India Quiz for 8 times and represented the school at the National Level for 5 times which in itself a great achievement. Our team comprising Siddharth Kumar and Yash Raj represented at the renowned National Level TV Quiz "News Wiz". Our school has participated in quizzes organised by Mayo College Girls' School, Ajmer, DPS Bokaro, Indian Global School, Delhi, B.K. Birla lnstitute for Education, Pune, Sunbeam School, Varanasi, Birla Divya Jyoti, Nainital etc and have stood victorious in many of them.
